How to discern when you are connecting with a high vibration soul vs lower vibration entities

I’m so excited to share with you today about the 4 Zones of Consciousness. Over and over again, I get asked by people who are newer to their spiritual journey how they can be really certain they are connecting with their angels and not something of a lower vibration.

And it is a very important question!

It’s important to understand how to discern different energies that come around you. Just as we can be influenced by other people’s energy, we can sometimes pick up on souls that are not our guidance. This is nothing to be afraid of, just to be aware of.
