Clarifying Balance, Clear Communication and BoundariesÂ
In this course, you’ll examine how outside influences and relationships shape what feels important, and learn to regroup your priorities in a way that keeps you aligned with yourself.
You’ll gain clarity on loyalty, healthy 50/50 balance in giving and receiving, and a simple way to distinguish between wants and needs while learning to bypass “maze” patterns that pull you out of self-trust and inner stability.
COURSE 738DÂ 3X 2 HR SESSIONS
The Maze, Your Experiences, and Inner Alignment
By the end of this course, you will have a deeper understanding of the maze, your inner communication, and self-loyalty, allowing you to move through life with greater clarity, emotional balance, and alignment with your true purpose.
We will meet for 6 consecutive weeks (2 hr sessions) for Course A&B, pause for 2 weeks then continue with 6 consecutive weeks for Course C&D.
